Acute fatty liver pregnancy is a life threatening and rare condition in case of pregnancy where the common symptoms may include malaise, nausea vomiting and abdominal pain.Patient may present with pre eclampsia and HELLP Syndrome. There will be high mortality of the maternal and the fetal. The common complication associated with acute fatty liver may include disseminated intravascular coagulation and hepatic encephalopathy as well as renal failure.
