-It is seen after gastric vagotomy, pyloroplasty and gastrojejunostomy. Dumping syndrome is mostly due to the rapid passage of large amounts of hyperosmolar chyme into small bowel. Dumping Syndrome may present with symptoms and signs such as diarrhea, abdominal pain and autonomic instability such as flushing, dizziness, vasomotor collapse, and sweating.
