A bile is a mixture of cholesterol, bilirubin, lecithin an bile acids. Bile is released by the vagal input and the effect of the cholecystokinin which is released by the pancreas. Cholecystokinin released is stimulated by the gastric acid, protein, fat and amino acid in the gastrointestinal system.
