​Surgery Definition - How to consider patient with renal disease in surgical setting?

The major problem facing with patient with renal disorder is the abnormality in the renal excretion of the drugs. In this case, it is important to alter the dosage of the renally excreted drugs based on the glomerular filtration rate. Fluid  management should  be considered carefully as the case of fluid overload is quite common. Precaution on the incidence of acute or chronic renal failure as well as the complication of chronic renal failure such as hypertension, ischemic heart disease, anemia and bleeding disorder. Avoid the prescription of the nephrotoxin agents such as NSAIDS or antibiotic  in the form of gentamicin.
