Hemorrhagic pancreatitis may present due to pancreatic necrosis and characterized as retroperitoneal bleeding. Patient with hemorrhagic pancreatitis may present with symptoms and signs such as abdominal pain, shock and respiratory distress. The clinical signs such as Cullen’s sign, Grey Turner’s sign and Fox’s sign. The investigation may reveal increase in amylase level, reduce in hematocrit, reduction in calcium level. CT scan with IV contrast need to be considered. Hemorrhagic pancreatitis may consider supportive treatment.
