Differential diagnosis of nipple discharge / causes of nipple discharge are :
-milky discharge - lactation, puberty, late pregnancy, hyperprolactinemia
-blood stained discharge - intraductal papilloma, intraductal carcinoma, Paget’s disease of the bone.
-purulent discharge - breast abscess, tuberculosis, mastitis
-yellow / green discharge - fibrocystic disease, duct ectasia
