The investigation for Cowden Syndrome may include double contrast barium enema and colonoscopy.
The treatment may include prophylactic mastectomy in cases of women with active cystic breast disease.
The screening for Cowden Syndrome may include endoscopic screening, screen for any breast disease or any affected organs.
