Epidermoid cyst is also known as sebaceous cyst which derives from the epidermis and present in the face, neck, scalp and trunk. Epidermoid cyst is smooth, rounded, and covered with epidermis. There may be punctum with sebum from the epidermoid cyst. The treatment of epidermoid cyst may include excision if infection is identified.
