Patient may appear ill, sweating, shocked and confused with clammy and cold peripheries, and tachycardic. The abdomen appears to be tender with localized rebound tenderness with the present of bowel sounds due to paralytic ileus and possible mass due to sentinel loop and pseudocyst. The clinical signs such as Grey Turner’s sign,Cullen’s sign and Fox’s sign may present with as an indication of retroperitoneal hemorrhage a sign of hemorrhagic pancreatitis.
