Allergic Rhinitis
The common symptoms and signs of allergic rhinitis are sneezing, itchiness of the throat, itchiness of the nose, itchiness of the palate, itchiness of the eyes, pale or red pink swollen nasal turbinates, rhinorrhea and nasal congestion.
Differential diagnosis of allergic rhinitis are sinusitis and viral upper respiratory infection.
The treatments of allergic rhinitis may include nasal saline rinses to wash away the allergens, intranasal corticosteroids, oral and intranasal antihistamines and leukotriene antagonist.
