Patient may present with enlargement of the spleen or splenomegaly due to the congestion of the spleen which later leads to the hypersplenism. Hypersplenism or known as hyperfunctioning of the spleen, varices, jaundice, cachexia, palmar erythema, liver flap, finger clubbing, spider nevi, Dupuytren’s contracture, bilateral enlargement of the parotid gland, gynecomastia in male, spider nevi or abnormal distribution of the hair, ascites, distention of the abdomen, caput medusa, hepatomegaly and testicular atropy.
