The medical treatment of Zollinger Ellison Syndrome is the same as the treatment of peptic ulcer disease which include clarithromycin, metronidazole and omeprazole. Surgical treatment include resection of the gastrinoma in the case of localized tumor but if it is diffuse, metastatic or poorly defined, the surgical treatment is considered such as vagotomy and pyloroplasty or consider total gastrectomy.
