In class 3 hemorrhagic shock the systolic and diastolic blood pressure reduced and the pulse rate is more than 120 with a thready volume of the pulse and capillary refill time more than 2 second / slow capillary refill time. The respiratory rate is more than 20 per minutes. The extremities and complexion are pale and patient appears to be aggressive and drowsy. It is estimated that 1500 – 2000 ml fluid loss. The urine output is between 10 -20 ml/h
