Hypovolemic hyponatremia commonly caused by burns, excess of diuretics and pancreatitis. Hypovolemic hyponatremia occurs as a result of both sodium and water that are loss which result in low volume of blood. The osmolarity will remain normal and the treatment may include intravenous normal saline solution.
