Jejunum is part of the small bowel. Jejunum is about 8 feet long and the wall is thicked and doubled. The mucosa is felt as a separate layer and the color is pale. There are up to two vascular arcades seen and sparse of Payer’s patches which are lymphoid follicles on anti mesenteric border.
