Villous adenoma may present as frond like projection in the form of cauliflower and may also present as sessile / flat with velvety surface. Villous adenoma may present with diarrhea and hypokalemia which is due to the hypersecretion syndrome. The diarrhea is mucoid in nature. 
Villous adenoma has a malignant potential than others.
