Liver consists of four lobes such as quadrate, caudate, left and rights. A deep fissure will divide the large right lobe from the smaller left lobe. Caudate lobe and quadrate lobe are commonly seen in the region posteriorly. The falciform ligament will attach the liver to the anterior abdominal wall and to the diaphragm.
