The syndrome associated with Gardner’s syndrome may include gastrointestinal tumor such as hepatoblastoma, periampullary carcinoma, colonic adenomatous polyps, duodenal adenomatous polyps and pancreatic carcinoma, abnormal dentition such as supernumerary teeth, abnormalities of the ribs and bones such as exostoses which is a benign and self limiting tumors of the bone, endocrine tumors such as carcinoid tumors, pituitaty adenomas, parathyroid adenomas, papillary thyroid carcinoma, tumors of the nervous system such as medullablastoma and soft tissue tumors such as lipomas, fibromas, leiomyomas, neurofibromas and epidermoid cysts.
