Boerhave’s syndrome is also known as rupture of the esophagus. Rupture of the esophagus Is caused by excessive vomiting such as due to excessive / massive binge beer and excessive and trauma. Patient with boerhave’s syndrome may typically dead at presentation. If the patient is alive, immediate open repair is highly suggestive.
