-cerebral death
-acute angle closure glaucoma
-post traumatic surgery such as lens implant, iridectomy
-mydriatic eye drops
-cyclopentolate
-atropine
-tropicamide
-overdose of drug of abuse
-belladona poisoning
-Holmes - Adie Pupils ( ciliary ganglion nerve degeneration)
-third nerve palsy
-deep coma
