Left Upper Quadrant Pain
The differential diagnosis of left upper quadrant pain / the causes of left upper quadrant pain :
-colorectal carcinoma on the splenic flexure
-myocardial infarction, pneumonia, pulmonary infarction, empyema and pericarditis
-subphrenic abscess, splenic infarction, sickle cell disease, rupture of the spleen,
-surrounding pain due to pain in the loin, left iliac fossa pain and epigastric pain.
