The covering of the spermatic cord inside out may include internal spermatic fascia, cremasteric fascia and muscle and external spermatic fascia. Internal spermatic fascia originates from the transversalis fascia located at the deep inguinal ring. Cremasteric fascia and cremasteric muscle originated from the transversus muscle, transversus fascia and internal oblique muscle. External spermatic fascia originated from the external oblique aponeurosis.
