ESSENTIAL TREMOR
1. Propranolol (Inderal): 40–160 mg bid.
2. Alternatively, may use other β-blockers
3. Clonazepam (Klonopin): 0.5–1.5 mg tid.
4. Alternatively diazepam (Valium): 2–10 mg tid may be tried.
5. In persistent cases, consult a neurologist to verify the diagnosis
and suggest other forms of treatment.
