Patient ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm may present with pain in the epigastrium region and this pain will radiate to the back. Hypotension is also associated with abdominal aortic aneurysm where the patient may collapse and loss consciousness. Tender, pulsatile and expansile mass is also common as well as loss of peripheral pulses.
