In class 1 hemorrhagic shock the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure remain unchanged. The pulse is normal and can be high with normal volume of the pulse. The capillary refill time is normal and less than 2 seconds. Respiratory rates is normal within the range of 14- 20 with the urine output more than 30 ml/ h. There will be normal complexion and normal color of the extremities and alert mental state, The blood loss is less than 15% or 750ml.
