Lemon balm is popular as nervine, insect propellant, anti histamine, carminative, anti depressant and cordial effect. Traditionally lemon balm commonly used for emotional disorder such as anxiety. It is also useful in promoting health of the digestive system or problems such as indigestion, flatulence and asthma. Lemon balm may also promote fertility and regulate menstrual cycle.
