In class 4 hemorrhagic shock the systolic blood pressure and the diastolic blood pressure are estimated to be very low with pulse rate more than 120 and the volume of the pulse is thready. The respiratory rates more than 20 per minutes and capillary refill time is undetectable. The urine output is between 0 to 10ml/h. The extremities are often clammy and pale and ashen complexion. Patient may appear to be confused and drowsy. More than 2000ml fluid loss.
