Fragile X Syndrome
Fragile x syndrome is a genetical disoder which is caused by the unstable CGG repeats.
The symptoms and signs of fragile x syndrome may include oblong face, large ears, hyperactivity autistic behavior, delay in cognitive development, mitral valve prolapse hyperextensible of the joints. There will be cases of large testicles after puberty.
The differential diagnosis of Fragile X syndrome may include Prader Willi Syndrome, Sotos syndrome, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and autism spectrum disorder.
